I've always had a great experience at this store. I bought my tires there, get air pressure checked in a quick fashion, just had my tires rotated. Everyone I have interacted with were professional and helpful. I use the online scheduling which works fine. sometimes I call, either way everything works out great!

I never leave a review for anything and I actually quite like discount tire as a brand. I like that its a nation wide open at convenient times and everyone is always very friendly. I had discount tire rotate my wheels a couple of weeks ago. This weekend I drove to Portland. On my way I noticed vibration in steering wheel get noticeably worse and pulling off the highway I heard a loud CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK I thought something in my suspension or similar broke my tire pressure wasnt on and it didnt look flat. Monday I took my car to a shop. Paid the 175 dollar inspection fee. Turns out discount didnt tighten the lug nuts on my wheel all the way. This feels super unsafe. I could've hurt myself or others and I hope discount tire improves their process to prevent this? I've had quality control issues with discount tires in seattle (not just this one) before- forgetting to balance tires on install or after rotation, stripping the lugs on my old car, unable to manage their inventory or know when the tires Were ordered were in stock but this was my breaking point.

I got four new tires from this location today. I had a great experience at Discount Tire. The team was very professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They got the work done quickly without cutting corners, and everything was explained clearly. It’s refreshing to see such fast service paired with genuine customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable tire service. RP

I had a great experience at this location! I got a flat driving through town (I know I needed new tires), and I was able to make it to this location. They were quick and efficient on getting me checked in. Didn’t pressure me into purchasing expensive tires after I noted I wanted to look on the cheaper end since everything else in life is expensive. They got my tires done within a couple hours, which was impressive with the amount of cars ahead of me. When they were on the last tire, they noted my wheel was cracked and I needed a new one. They offered to order one, but I was able to get one through my dealership. By the time I was gong to make it back to Discount would’ve been after they closed. They were able to keep my car over night, and when I returned the next morning with the new wheel, they were able to get the tire on the wheel and back on my car within 15 minutes. Overall, the communication and customer service was superb. I was so very pleased!

Staff were super friendly, patient, communicative, and helpful. I came as a walk in and got a new tire sensor put on after they did a thorough inspection of my tires. Great branch of Discount Tire!
